1. Production capacity—10GWh
It is estimated that by the end of 2020, the capacity of the Chongqing Bishan plant will reach 10GWh.

The Bishan plant is the first blade battery manufacturing plant of Fudi Battery. According to the plan, the company will also build production bases in Shenzhen, Xi'an, Qinghai, Changsha and Guiyang.
3. Capacity planning—100GWh

The current system energy density of the blade battery is 140Wh/kg. Later, by further improving the material and design at the cell level, the energy density will reach 170Wh/kg.

The length of the blade battery currently put into production is 960mm, and according to the patent applied for, its length can be between 600 and 2,000mm. (The maximum support width of the coating process in Bishan Factory is 1,300mm, which means it can support a maximum of 1,300mm long blade batteries).
6. Low temperature charging performance—110min
Under the environment of -10℃, the blade battery can be charged from 0 to 100% within 110 minutes. Under the same circumstances, the NCM battery takes 98 minutes.
7. Low temperature discharge performance-90%
25 ℃ is the best operating temperature of the blade battery, at this time the discharge energy ratio is 100%. As the temperature decreases, this ratio will gradually decrease; but at -10 ℃ and -20 ℃, both can be stabilized at 90%.
8. Cycle life-5,000 times
After 5,000 charge-discharge cycles, the cycle life of the blade battery remained above 80%; the NCM811 battery as a control group had about 2,000 cycles.
