Innogy Will Develop A 440MW Solar Project In The United States

Innogy and Birdseye recently signed a deal to develop 13 photovoltaic projects in the southeastern United States.

Brian Bednar, chief executive of Birdseye renewable energy, said: "we are pleased that Innogy has applied its extensive experience in renewable energy to our joint solar projects.We consider Innogy and Belectric's experience and capabilities to be the best enablers for Birdseye to develop solar market platforms.We are looking forward to the completion of the 440MW solar project and are working together to increase our cooperation opportunities in the U.S. solar market.Innogy subsidiary Belectric will work as an engineering, procurement and construction contractor and provide operations and maintenance services.
