The goal is to increase the capacity of 4,560 megawatts of solar energy, 4,200 megawatts of wind power and 1,330 megawatts of hydropower.
Morocco is also planning a pumping capacity.
The country now has 460 megawatts of water storage capacity and plans to build another 350 megawatts by 2020.
