Senegal Will Energetically Develop New Energy

China's energy storage network: senegalese electric power company has announced that the French company is bidding for eight photovoltaic power station projects in Senegal.The project, which has a total investment of 26.8 million euros, is financed by the German Renaissance bank and the senegalese electric power company for 10 months.

The project, which is expected to generate 17 megawatts of electricity per year, can meet the electricity needs of 140,000 residents and reduce co2 emissions from coal-fired power generation, according to the report.Eight photovoltaic power stations will be made up of 62,850 solar panels.
