China's energy storage network: recently, the Indian branch of Siemens has launched a new PV inverter with a maximum output capacity of 5,000 kva.The inverter will be produced at Siemens' plant in Kalwa, India, supplying the Indian market and exporting to countries in southeast Asia. The inverter is equipped with a tri-level IGBT module, which has liquid cooling function and can adapt to the harsh outdoor environment, which can be operated at a high temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.

In addition to the inverter line, Siemens plans to build a medium-voltage inverter system in India, both designed for large-scale photovoltaic power stations.

Siemens announced in November that it would terminate its partnership with the German inverter maker SMA in late 2017 and begin production of its own inverters in India.
